This Banana Whole wheat pancakes is  a favourite for a late sunday breakfast and it is another hit with the tiny tot and his dad. All three of us love these Banana Whole wheat pancakes and they smell awesome too. These are healthy, nutritious and tasty. and the best part is they are easy to make and toddler approved. As I have already said many times, I have been trying to cut out refined flour completely from my kitchen and I am really glad when I am able to make something tasty which only uses whole wheat.

This Banana Whole wheat pancakes recipe uses whole wheat and bananas ; two of the most nutritious ingredients.

My Banana Whole wheat pancakes recipe :
2 cups whole wheat flour

1.5 cup milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 pinch of salt

1tsp sugar

1 tap Cinnamon powder
Get Cinammon powder here

1 ripe banana (mashed)

1tsp baking powder

Mix all to form a semi runny batter, you can increase the amount of milk if required

Grease a flat pan and scoop out one ladle full of the batter to form round pancakes.

Flip the pancake once it is browned on one side, it takes a little more effort than refined flour pancakes, but it is not that hard either (since I am not using refined flour the batter is not that light).

Serve with maple syrup, condensed milk, chocolate syrup or fresh fruits ( whatever you prefer) .

Serve these amazing hot and tasty pancakes to your toddler and I hope it is approved as well by your picky eaters too. Do write in if you like the same. would love to hear from you. It is really loved by my toddler and has become a staple at our home.
