10 Best DIY Birthday Decorations for Spider-Man Theme Party
Thank you for all the love on our birthday celebrations. I am grateful for the genuine love that I find here from so many of you. Little A had a great time and me and tall A are glad we could pull this off inspite of everything going on in our lives currently.
I know a lot of you were really interested and were eagerly waiting to see all the decor preparations that we had been doing. Here is the final picture of my little snugglebums on his birthday. He was super excited with all the decor.

DIY Ideas for birthday decorations you can make for a theme party
1. The Birthday Banner :
You can make the birthday banner in the Spider-Man theme and the best part is if you make the banner you can customise it with your child’s name. I made it in Red & Blue with Spider Man theme. I’ll share a video on how to make the birthday banner.
Materials required are:
a. Chart Paper
b. Glitter Tapes of any two contrasting colours, preferably silver and gold.
c. Ribbon
d. Spider Man printables in small size
d. Black Marker, White Pen
e. Glue

2. Danglers with Spider-Man theme :
Another thing you can make for your DIY Birthday Decorations for Spider-Man Theme Party are danglers. I printed Spider Man pictures and printables and made danglers.
I also printed some huge spiders on A4 size papers and cut them out to make danglers.
All you need to do is print some designs on A4 size papers and cut them out. Make a punch hole on top and hang the same with a thread on the wall.
We hung these on the Spider Web we made on the ceiling. Here have a look.
3. Spider Web from the Ceiling and on the Wall:
We put up Spider Webs on the ceiling and on the walls and hung danglers, balloons and cutouts from them.
You need thick yarn or wool for this. We used a hot glue gun and also double sided tapes to fix the web on the ceiling.
4. Spider-Man theme Fans:
You can make paper fans in Red and Blue for your DIY Birthday Decorations for Spider-Man Theme Party.
Things you need for these Spider Man theme fans are:
a. Crepe Paper rolls ( Red / Blue)
b. Cut out of an A4 Size Spider-Man face on glossy paper
c. Glue

5. Red and Blue Balloons :
The most important item for any birthday party is balloons and for your DIY Birthday Decorations for Spider-Man Theme Party you need a lot of Red & Blue balloons as those are the colours of Spider-Man. The best part these are also the colours of Captain America so may be I can recycle some of the decorations next year. ?
I bought the balloons from a local Party Supplies store.
6. Set of Spider- Man Theme Foil Balloons :
Foil Balloons are the easiest way to tie up the look of any theme party. They instantly make the theme appear interesting and kids love them.

7. Set of Spider Man theme Party plates and cups :
When you are doing a theme party another easy way to make it possible is buying a set of themed paper plates, cups, napkins, spoons, forks, hats etc.

8. Spider Man Fondant Cake :
Fondant cakes make for the best bet for a theme birthday. I selected a design after showing them to my son and ordered the same from a home baker
9. Craft supplies for the DIY decorations :
I always order my craft supplies from Itsy Bitsy and Craft Gully . These two are my go to online stores. Apart from that the stationary shops in Vyapar Kendra and Arjun Marg in Gurgaon are also places I go to for art and craft supplies.
10. Spider-Man play Tent
Play tents are kid’s favourites and I put up a Spider-Man theme tent for the kids to play in and have fun. This was also an online purchase from Amazon.
